Privacy policy

This policy covers this website. The Elysian app has its own, fuller privacy policy, which you’ll find on the app’s Account screen.
What this site collects
Only what you choose to give us. If you ask to hear when the phone app arrives, we keep two things:
- Your email address
- The date you gave it to us
Nothing else is kept with it: no name, no internet address and no tracking. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics services.
To stop the sign up form being misused, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, counts how many times one visitor tries it in a minute. That count isn’t written down anywhere. Like any web host, Cloudflare also keeps brief technical records of visits, such as the page asked for and where the request came from, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your email
For one thing only: to tell you about Elysian, starting with the day the phone app arrives. Every email we send will include a way to stop receiving them.
If we send those emails through an email service, we share your address with that service only so it can send them on our behalf. We never sell or rent your email to anyone.
Where it’s kept
In a private database hosted by Cloudflare. Only Elysian can see the list.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you whether we hold your email, or to delete it. Email us at elysianweddingconcierge@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll remove it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy laws, and we’ll honor them as required.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about Elysian, whichever comes first.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning a wedding. We don’t knowingly collect an email address from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use an email you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you by email first.
